Hi Malliz,

Have your tyre mechanic do the camber angle and check the "toe in / out"

Cheers,

Rob

Can camber be adjusted on a solid diff?

But toe in/ out is usually the cause..
Also some tyres just scallop out.

Rotate your tyres often to rid it.

Depends on his lift kit (If they have one) could be an incorrect caster angle.

If it was the outside I'd say get the keys back off your missus.
someone has missed something, what pressures you running on what tyre/rim combo?
Possible to put a pic of front tyre wear here?
Go get money back from whoever did front end

Sorry, thought you wrote camber, yes castor could be off, but make minimal difference up to 2"..

Scalloping of Tyres is usually caused by Shocks. Maybe Tyres under inflated

Wear on the Inside of the tyres is either too much negative camber or the tyres are toeing out, caster doesn't affect tyre wear. Over inflation wears the middle of the tyre and when you look at the top of the tyre it looks dished in, under inflated tyres wear both edges of the tyre.

If you had the wheel bearings done not long ago get the mechanic to re check the adjustment coz they could be loose but keep in mind that Steering axis inclination/ king pin inclination wears tyres so if the car is constantly turning on hard lock ie into car parking spaces and drive ways and u turns you will see the affects of SAI / KPI.

I just remembered that you should also check for wear on the tie rod ends on both draglinks (front and rear)

Rotate your tyres every 5000kms. Is it both front tyres or mainly the front left?

Bit of scalloping on the outside edge of the front passenger side of a lifted Patrol is normal, if the tyres aren't rotated enough.

Never seen scalloping on the inside for a properly inflated tyre on a Patrol unless there is something else wrong, like a faulty shock absorber, or one that has been setup incorrectly.

GU or GQ?
