I think that was a "Pimp My Ride" car, I'm sure it has 26 tv screens, 2000000 watt amps, 12 x 12" subwoofers, and a flushable toilet that glows when you sit on it.

I have that top part on my single cab tub camper,
as for the pull out bit I think its great use of space
