Fuel cut off solenoid and hose size

Hi guys !
I keep searching why my gq is stalling on petrol and found out my fuel cut off solenoid is too small for the hose as it is 8mm and the hose is 10mmhttp://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forums/images/imported/2013/02/104.jpg
What can I do ? I think the problem is here.

I manage to get all the parts together again and well attached with new hoses !

You may find the inside diameter of the hose is way too big, causing air pockets.
Source out the correct size hose its not expensive.
