engine stall at start up.

hi all, just wonder if any ideas about my patrol, 3 litre 02. at start up hot or cold it will run a few seconds then stall. i have to pumpthe manual primer and it starts and runs fine. i presume there is an air leak but any idea where it may be leaking, cheers

Not sure if you have an electric or mechanical fuel pump to supply injection pump, but my assumption would be electric.
Check if this is working.
Is your fuel filter clogged?

thanks not sure about pump, would it run if that wasnt working? and filter is only weeks old, mabe that hasnt sealed properly. doesnt do it all the time maybe 3or4 times in 10
