How did everyone sleep last night knowing that a 190,000 tonne asteroid was flying over our heads at around 3 km per second??
It's pretty cool I reckon.
I, like others thought that 28,000 kms away was pretty far until I saw a pic showing that the asteroid actually passed inside the ring of satellites around the earth! Cool stuff:-)

While on the Canning a few years back I was lucky enough to see a meteorite burn up in broad daylight. It was the brightest light I`ve ever seen, its flight lasted about 5 seconds. For about 3 hours after you could still see its flight path etched in the sky which was cloudless. Didn`t have time to get the camera but I will never for get this once in a lifetime experince

They were just saying on TV it would wipe out a city with 100,000s x ppl killed,
The small one in Russia left a 8mt wide hole in the ice. they reckon meteor rock
is worth a bit if you can find it.
