Non adjustable bonnet rubbers

Hi Guys, at work today and found some corner safety rubber that stops you hitting your head on a beam that hurts you , hmmm as you can see in pic , I halved it and put it I was going to replace the Nissan ones, but this is working no adjustments lol all good regards Alex
