My 89 GQ with Auto and 31's at 100K will sit on 1800RPM when the torgue converter is locked up. Just interest in what people are getting when cruising, so I can make my mind up if to go manual or not, A friend with the same truck as mine but with 33's and manual says his tacho sits on 2200 when doing 100 in 5th.
