That Rossco was TonyHoughton.............. someone who actually uses his pod off the black top!!!!!! hahahahahahaha

I might report you to admin for not warning me of the vid content before I played it. I should have at least been given the opportunity to get my box of tissues off the bench, first. lol.

Signed...Bitumen Boy. lol

I must be getting old. I actually feel sorry for Tony having to dry his truck out and fixing his central locking.

He'll have to stand back when he opens the pod doors. lol. Just as a matter of curiosity, how watertight were the pod doors?

Ahhhh geeez that was bloody funny! Can't believe what some of you lads put your buses through for a laugh, especially you Highlander. I wonder if your leccy seats will ever be the same, the amount of water that came out of that when the doors opened was mad.

I reckon I should change my moniker to "chicken tracks"

Was pretty happy with how the car went, bit more poke than a tdi disco.

Looks like you guys had a ripper of a time. That lake highlander got stuck, well I seen it earlier in the day when I was there and kinda chickened out. And now I'm glad I did.

Was a great trip. We ended up running into a group from the wa4wd club or something.
One of them was driving a maverick. Old gq style one.
6" lift, 37" mtzs, and full external roll cage looking frame.
Was a beast and put everyone to shame.

All in all a great day and will have to come out with you guys next time

Note to self....
After spending 7 hours drying out car... Sikaflex'ing up holes in the floor...
Complete changeover of all the actuators and control unit for central locking..
Found water in the air box....

Maybe think twice before floating over the water.... :D

Well..... So far, apart from a waterlogged interior that's still drying out, the only problem I can find so far is a dickie airbag sensor....and I have a funny feeling that that may dry out too... Only time will tell now....

Still worth it!

Nate got a great vid of tony, in what I now think looks like Thunderbird 2! Will post when I can work out how!

Can't believe you got off so lightly, I honestly thought your electrics would've been completely rooted.
Glad that's not so and no, I have no desire to try it myself.
