Standard GU HT18 turbo water cooled?

Hi, Just picked up a HT18 Turbo off a GU. I can not find a water cooler inlet/outlet.
Is it not water cooled?

Just getting all my parts ready to fit up!
Can not wait.

Ok just found out they had 2 models -
1. Water cooling on the turbo when NO intercooler.
2. NO water when intercooler is fitted standard.

So the one I have has no water cooling - does this mean I need to run a intercooler when I will be running 8psi?
