I've been hunting a variety of automotive grommets for a while and whilst I've fluked some, it appears they are hard to find (for the lads ute).

I know you would have already thought or even tried wreckers, but not sure to be honest mate.

I'd Tap That!!

my old HR manager owns a business called rebuildspares which specializes in old holdens and fords so not really Patrols but have a look, you never know.

The plastic trims near the bottom of the doors. They are secured down by screws which screw into a push in Grommet to keep it secure.

Ow the plastic captive screw clip plug thing..
No idea mate.. best bet would be try and remove one and take it to the car stores, repco, auto pro etc.. they should be able to source something.
If no luck take it to a dealer and get the name and price, then google it... :p
