View Full Version : Finally living that GQ dream

Hey guys. Finally bought myself a GQ after years of ifs, buts and maybes. Born in 1989, she runs a TD42 n/a (soon to be boosted with a home made kit) with just over 400k. Yeah it's a fair few clicks, but the motor still feels nice and tight. Plenty of plans including a 3" lift, and 33" rubber on a set of 15" sunnies. Give me some inspirado fellas. The more ideas, the better.

Cheers on the warm welcome guys. All looks very similar to the list I have going already. Home made stainless snorkel will be happening as soon as I get my hands on a zd30 air box. Then comes the turbo. Already got a front locker but the old owner made an absolute meal out of the wiring for the compressor, so I'll have to get that sorted. Got some prelude seats that I'm fabbing up a bracket for on Saturday. It's all coming together :D
