G'day guys, I have asked more people than I can remember now and I'm hoping 1 of the patrol family can answer my question, I have a 99 gu st ute! Being the ute it's has drivers central locking but not remote locking like the wagons! My question is, I believe most of the wiring is there for the remote set up only there's no module, if I got a module out of a wagon would it plug into my loom and allow the factory remote to work??? I know I can do an after market kit but I only will do it if I can use factory nissan remote and module? Can any one help??? Cheers in advance

You will need an actuator fitted to the driver's door as well.
The passenger's door ts the only one being electrically operated.
The key manually opens the driver's door and triggers the other.

Ok thanks for that so I have central locking the door won't have the actuator already? Do you know if all the plugs are there for the wagon ones to clip into?

I had an after market kit fitted to mine and it cost around $50 extra for the actuator to be fitted to the driver's door.
I can't help you with the wiring question, as it was professionally fitted in a shop.
