Hi all

the names Ben . got a 1990 SWB Patrol 4.2d and about to start doing mods to it getting it ready for some 4x4.

Live over the ditch in NZ . was hoping for some tips and pointer on the best ways i can improve my truck.

Hi Ben and welcome to the forum mate. There's a great bunch of people on here with loads of tips and advice. If you have a search around the Member's Rides section you will see a lot of mods that are common between many and then some extreme stuff too! Feel free to fire away with any questions you have mate!

Giday Ben and welcome aboard. I've only been here for 10 seconds but already save some cash, learnt a truckload and even managed to give some advice back. So everything the guru's say is true - we're a friendly bunch and will help you where we can - and if we can't it's probably not worth knowing (talking on behalf of the seriously knowledgable without their permission of course!). So ask away.

thanks guys its great to feel so welcomed . looking for a lot of does and donts with my truck and how i go about doing what i want to it in the best way possible , ill be chucking some pics up of it as it stands at the mo is this the place to do it or should i move to the members rides section ?
