Was just quickly flicking through ebay and some GQ stuff and found these spacers.. Do they actually do what they claim and does anyone know much about them as a product?

Yeah they do lift yoursuspension. BUT IMHO by putting them in you are creating a weak link in your suspension. I have seen/been in a jeep that got air and snapped one (50mm)

Yeah they are just coil spacers these are just a bandaide fix for sagged springs. If you want to lift it then get springs.

I just took some out on the weekend from the rear of my GU, I put them in the rear to give a 25-30mm lift to counteract a weight issue I dont have anymore, they are also good to judge a height you might be looking at, they come in 50mm aswell, cheap temporary adjustment, then you can buy the springs to suit accordingly, they are no good off road unless you put in taller shocks anyway but are ok to drive around with stock shocks just on the road but again only a temporary solution
