Hello from Belgium!

Hello Everybody

My name is Cédric and I live in a small town in the flemish part of Belgium.
My girlfriend and I bought our Nissan Patrol Y60 from 1991 ( with a 2.8TD engine) two years ago. Its a fantastic car and never let us down ( we travelled with the car in South-France, Spain etc ). Untill two days ago, we moved too our new house and now the car is acting weird... A little bit of white smoke, cold air thru the ventilator when the Patrol is running stationary and a lot of air in the hoses... cilinderhead gasket BROKEN down... :(
I stored the Patrol yesterday in the garage and will fix it by myself. I'm doing second year automechical studies in eveningschool and I hope I can fix it by myself. I will post pictures of every work ive done. So everybody can learn about it. Hope you guys can help and guide me!

Yesterday i began with removing parts from the Patrol. Started with disconnecting the battery, removing radiator, inlethose etc...
Now I started with removing the inletpart en exhaustpart... Lot of bolts!

Hello everybody!

Worked 3 hours on the patrol today. Removed the cilinderhead... what a work! Now monday the cilinderhead is going to a company for revision!
A think its better to open a new topic for the further evolution of the project.
