Gu 4.2 EGR blocking

Hi all I just finished blocking my EGR at the exhaust manifold.
Don't know if any1 else has done it there, I think it's a great spot to do it, no exhaust gas goes throw the pipe to the egr cooler etc. is there anything else I should do?

yes take the butterfly out of the intake.
