Tap Talk not working properly

Hi guys,

its been a while since i have posted up here as ive only just got my internet up and running. im finding the forum doesnt load up most recent posts in the app so its hard to navigate on the phone. is anyone else having the same problem and if so has anyone found a way to fix this?

All good on this tappacrap........ Although there are a couple of threads that always seem to tale me back to the beginning........ Are your settings correct in the setup?.

hmm maybe ill have to clean everything out and start again with the app. that might fix it? thanks clunk

Mine automatically goes to "latest" which is the icon in the top right.

Hi mate - if you're mobile data coverage is slow then sometimes the refresh can timeout so it doesn't update the threads properly.....

hi all I deleted everything as i said i would and have reconnected to the forum.

i noticed something curious which i thought AB might be able to take a look at? it said the taptalk plugin the forum is using is "out of date" speak to your forum administrator about upgrading it. so yeah thanks if any of the mods can bring this to his attention?

I get it every couple of weeks (on IPad through WiFi) I'm trying to find a pattern.

I rarely have tappacrap issues. If i do i delete the app then reinstall, had to do this maybe 3 times over nearly 2 yrs

Ive never had an issue with it myself.

Just double checking....You all know that under the "Latest" section there are 3 columns at the top to choose from "Unread" "participated" and "All".

I sometimes accidently click on mark as all read and nothing shows up under the "Latest". You then just need to click on "All" to display all of the latest threads.

Has anyone had issues not being to host photos on the forum. Usually you have an option to host on Tapatal(25 pics) or host on the forum. Lately the forum hosting option has disappeard and cant host photos anymore as I have reached my limit.....Might uninstall app and reinstall

Hey AB, not sure if you know but there's now a Tapatalk HD for tablet users.......... Does the forum need to use a separate doohicky thingumybob to what you need for the standard tappacrap?

Tapatalk HD is primarily for tablets from what I understand. Gives you a nice split screen for the larger displays. I'll put up a screen shot when I get home from work....

I've set mine to latest unread post, but I find it sometimes stats a few pages back..
I've contacted the FB page about it a while ago, so not sure if they have tried to address it or not?

Bleedin brilliant, havent had issues with tappitycrap for a while now... touch wood.

I can't see the thanks anywhere. I can now tell who original post was from when someone quotes a post.......far out that was hard to write and I'm not sure it makes sense..lol

On the iPad I just tap the post and the "thank" option is there with the quote and more options

Yep I can see the "thanks", and the "original post by" graphics on tappa. Mine hasn't been updated for a while either. I can give thanks with tappa too. Good work Andy pandy have seven more beers.

To confirm I had a recent update on android. Can now thank posts and its shows thanked posts and original posters of quotes.

If you have an issue or question jump on faceache and put up a post on there page. There pretty quick to take it on and do take onboard good ideas..
