where to buy differential gear 4.8 ratio nissan gu zd30 y61

hi, im running on 315/75/16 right now on my nissan patrol gu zd30 y61 with 4.3 differential gear ratio, im looking for a 4.8 differential gear ratio right now. is there a oem 4.8 gear ratio or do i use an aftermarket differential gear ? any info will help. thanks guys.

Marks adapters in Victoria do 4.6:1 diff gears I believe mate - may do lower (higher number) also. The patrol H260 diffs have 4.3:1 ratios and are as high as they went standard I believe ... someone else may be able to assist on this one ...
