Hi Im Dave, I have recently purchased a 98 GU patrol wagon of the 2.8 variety.
I have had a 85 Landcruiser ute for the past 10 years but couldn't pass up the bang for the buck on the Patrol. I have so far put a 50mm lift on it, Steinbauer Chip and a 2and3/4" Beaudesert Exhaust on it.
Have been really happy with the way it goes off road but has taken a bit of getting used to having suspension coming from the ute.
