New phone. What's the app called for spamming NP?

I finally ditched my last piece of Apple crap and bought an S3. Why I did not do this earlier is beyond me. Anyhoo. What's the app used that I need to get so I can be online? Moar!!!!
I never bother when I had the crapphone as the screen is so small i needed bino's to read it...
