Gq patrol 90model manual 3ltrcarby everything thats been done since april 35" tyres 1500ks old diffs full rebuild 2 months ago with a front locker (lokka) with 4.6 ratios diff protector. 80channel UHF, roof racks with solar panel set up fridge constantly going 24/7 no issues rear cage in back 4 plugs in rear with a 600w inverter 2 narva spots on roof racks and jack/ shovel holder big light bar on front upgraded headlights superior engineering side steps,head rebuilt in April as with a new carby bra nd new aluminium radiator hoses etc never goes past quarter mark patrol docta front tube bar, rear spot light 13000p winch with plasma rope 35" maxxis bighorns on 15x8" neg 23 rims LIFT KIT is a GU patrol 2" with a 2" body lift and a brown davis 150ltr longrange tank installed a month ago 900+ksI bought this April2012 stock no mods at all this has gone everywhere can't find a spot to get stuck with this probaly things I have missed to view or for q's regd till mid October most likely still in roadworthy condition 260ks I am second owner and I've done 10000ks since April she's already to hit the bush thousands spent on this ill put some pics up in a minute also one month old heavy duty clutch

yeah all good just trying to work out if i can get a little bit back on it or its time to strip her down to the undies and chop and spray her up with a diesel conversion and plan to keep her for many years to come

sounds like a good plan,diesel for sure,you,d be lucky if you go the other way

If it were me buying, I wouldn't want to pay anymore than 7k, irrespective of the work done and money spent on it........ Always a big difference in what you may want and what people would pay........

I'd keep it and do whatever else you want to do with it.
But that's just my opinion.

All your mods aint going to do alot when it comes to sale price mate, if your looking at selling put it back to stock and sell all your extras seperatly

well getting 10 small ones for it bloke on the way to drop a deposit off its gonna be a sad night tonight my project is leaving me now to slow the pace down and look for a diesel

Well man don't know what to say well done on getting such a good price, I know how much you have put into it and how much you loved it must have been a tough decision but I think the wright one even if you are going to stick with the q and not go for the gu.

There is 2 for grabs here atm in mount g. The pick of the 2 has a 3" lift but I think is petrol..

ebay i posted my ad and a guy called 10mins later i started at 12gs and settled for 10 not bad for an rb30 that nobody wants lol but to be honest i do think he did get a bloody reliable car for the price at least he knows its a complete rebuilt car with new everything thats my opinion i need a tissue. You know what time it is ITS DIESEL TIME

4.2td looks like its out of my range at the moment that is. How ever 2.8td or a grenade? other than power differences is a 2.8td a bad choice yes thats rite a bloody GU said the wife yes that thumping noise is my head for thinking of a GQ

thats a sweet price for a rb30 gq.

you can get a nice GQ TD42 for that much. can even get a stock GU 4.2 for that much some days.

Glad it all went well for you, but you will be lost without the Trol,

Sorry I missed this thread Healy I thought it was just another howl long is my..........

Sad to see her go, besides the engine she was well set up up and I loved that front bar.

I really hope it is not too long before you get back in the saddle but try to let your head rule and not so much your heart on the next buy.

My budget meant I could buy a GQ all decked out or a stock GU..... Like the GU but love the GQ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

same for me as BA. managed to get a two owner, full log book history diesel gq, stock as for 7g. Which ment money for fun things! Look hard and long but be prepared to jump on a bargin.
