leaking fuel pump

Hi guys just after some advice the small plate with 2 m6 bolts i think its for the advancing? is leaking at idle and worse when reving is it just an 'o' ring behind it and can i just remove it without doing any harm

Yeah mate. Its a specific shape o-ring though so make sure you get the right part before tackling the job.
