Vaccuum hoses

gday all, on 92 Maverick TB42 air cleaner, it has 2 vaccuum hoses at the base of the air cleaner, one only of mine is hooked up, does anyone know if the second hose is supposed to be hooked up to something & what they both should be hooked up to?

one will go to the PCV on the top of the Rocker Cover and not sure about the other??

that one may be the one not hooked up, one goes to the carby, I think the auto choke from memory, I will look at it again tomorrow
