Gq custom air box and snorkel setup

Hey guys.

I've got a snorkel on my 4.2 petrol gq but I'm looking at getting rid of the whole setup under the bonnet because its full of holes and cracks. Just wondering if anyone on here has done a custom setup ? Any ideas or photos of what I can do? Was thinking of keeping the original air box and filter and running PVC off that straight to the snorkel. If that can be done ? If anyone can let me know what they have done would be great. Cheers.

The previous owner of mine installed the following airbox. It works a treat, there were only two downfalls; one is that horrid flexi pipe they used (which i have fixed)
The other is that its OFF A DAMN HILUX!! lol

Richie (RadiusFab) does them also - he will also build it and let you install it to save coin - that's what I'm doing soon with mine ...
