View Full Version : What's the Plan for Christmas 2010???
Bigrig

Here goes ... simple one, what's everyone planning for the Xmas break (or not planning if you aren't able to have one!!). Doesn't matter how trivial it seems, be good to get a picture of how eveyone spends this time of year.
I'll start - not sure on the dates we leave, but heading to Sydney for a week to catch up with the missus' friends and family, return XMas eve for a nice relaxing Xmas day at home with the kids, and then off to Hervey Bay for a week to spend time with my family - bit of fishing and a few colides no doubt!!! Return home day after New Years and next day (finally), planning a few days of camping and 4WD'ing with the kids before heading back to work.
Over to you!!

I have got rid of my Camper Trailer and bought a Jayco Dove and I intend to take it up the high country over the Christmass break. Lots of fishing in the King & Howqua rivers and lots of bulldust talked around the Camp Fire at nights.The Dove will require some mods but I know some spots that I take it in if I am careful. With the mighty Nissan you can crawl through the rough spots. I hopw everybody has a Merry Christmas break

Absolutely 100% agreed!!! I'd woud dead set prefer to drop the fly, place the tackle on a lion's tongue and then flick it in the love spuds with a wet towel as opposed to painting!!!!

Are you that Kebab guy that you see when stumbbling out of the bars at 1am...I love those guys!
OK... Quick little :hijacked::hijacked::hijacked::hijacked::hijacked:
I remember back in the days at our local club there was a hot dog guy out the front from 10pm to 5am....He was selling hotdogs for $5.50. The line for hot dogs was always 20 deep and he could slap on a dog, mustard and bacon, take the money in about 1 minute straight....
We sat back and worked out that he sold roughly 50 dogs an hourish (worst case) X 6 hours (worst case).
So this guy was making $1500-$2000 a night for selling hot dogs...Not bad!!!
