Y61 diesel conversion

Hi, Im from Sri Lanka and new to this forum. Planning to convert my Y61 TB48DE(Auto) engine to a TD 42(Auto) and I have few questions for experts.

Do I have to change all things listed below with engine?
Auto Gear box > Is there is a difference in diesel and petrol ones
Rear/front diffs
Meter cluster
Radiator
Air cleaner box
anything else?

is ZD30 is any good for a frequent light offroader? I know in aussie people used ZD30.

Oops posted under intro section too, but no replies regarding this issue and one guy suggested me to post it under engines. Ill have to wait a little and see, may be im new to this form and that maybe the reason for less replies.
