Best oil for a 2.8L GU Patrol.

Hi Gents,
Just hoping to get some advice, getting my truck ready for a road trip ( ;

What engine oil (and oil filter) do you suggest, brand, grade for a 2.8L GU Patrol with around 300k on the clock?
Also how many litres should my engine take?
Is it worth using a engine flush product during an oil change?

Not sure on your motor mate but I use called delo 400 multigrade. It's good for diesel as it cleans and suspends carbon particles
Engine oil flush is a good thing and works. Not sure on capacity you should download the manuals it'll tell you

Dello 400, first choice for the 2.8.
As for a flush I'd be careful if its never been done before as it might dislodge particles and cause more problems than you know what do to with.
Approx 6.5L

Also mines a 2.8 with over 300k and have been using dello for years. Very happy compared to other oils I used in the past.
