Near completing the GU as a 4wd tourer and considering installing some aftermarket seats. Would appreciate comment from any forum member who has fitted such seats about brand, model seats and cost.:driving2:

Is ther e a problem with the originals? I find mine fairly comfotrable . Commy seats seem to be the go i n the GQs

I got custom bucket seats made from the original seats. Done by Alphaline. 233862338723388
Really comfortable seats now.

And so does MEGO. I swear he has an automatic poster any time the word seat is in a thread title lol. They are awesome seats bud I do like looking at them whenever they pop up :)

I'm seeing double ... Had you tried the stock seats for a long drive before changing them mego? I've got stock ones and I get a stiff neck after I drive 6 or more hrs

Need new seats as well, mine are bollocks in the GU.
Any idea of where in Perth have them?

Just turn it upside down and let it air dry. I'd let you seat in it but you have drooling problem and they're pure Italian leather seats.

I have a new Drivers seat compliments of the GOV. They are Strato 3000 with lumber pump.
I thing I found from changing seats all the time is cut a rubber washer for seat rails.
You will have road noise drilling along your spine, I also lifted mine 40mm doesn't sound much
but a huge difference in overbonnet viewing, Steer clear of suspension seats, Gov, gave me one for
old 4x4 ended up taking it out. After 17 back Operations trust me I know a good seat. Pic Later

Anytime you see my truck come over and jump in. I'm still drooling on my seats.
