Bullbar mounting - is this an issue?

I was just under the Patrol and noticed that while the bullbar (Nissan genuine - fitted by Nissan) appears to be aligned correctly, there is an offset of the hole on the bar and chassis as per the pic below:

I can't see what this pre-drilled threaded hole is for in the chassis (mounting different bullbars?) but should I worry these holes are not aligned or is it unlikely I'm ever going to stick a bolt in there anyway? The other side lines up perfectly.
