I don't know how many of you have a caravan but, for those that do, this might interest you. It is a thread from another forum concerning damage to van's, particularly water damage and the problems it can cause.

That's unbelievable that a less then 5 yr old van can be in that state.
I have started looking at caravans recently and Jayco seems to be my pick at the moment. Hope none of those were Jaycos!!

No problems. Some of the pics are of vans less than 1 year old and are all makes. Can't advise you on what van to buy, only just got back into a van myself. Great move, no more sleeping in the back of the car or in a swag, cuppas are easy to make, dont need an Engel, nice soft queens size bed, TV, stereo, toilet and the list goes on. So much more comfortable. Hasn't affected the economy too much. The trip we are just back from (5000km) we averaged about 15 - 16 L/100 which I am pretty pleased with.
