Well guys,

I've been on the forum for a few weeks now, drawing on the wealth of knowledge, but after looking for a few months now, yesterday I purchased a 1998 GU from a mate.

Its a 4.5 manual on Duel fuel. Its done 354k, but had the head reconditioned at 300k, new starter motor, alternator done at 320k and new master and slaver cylinders recently. It has a Research Gas system in it, which provides great power.

It has a crunch in 4th gear, which seams to be very common, which I need to further investigate once I collect it. But considering he gave it to me for $6000 with a road worthy and reg until march, I can afford to spend some dollars on it.

Yeah my mate is starting a business, he bought it to do work in but really requires a tray. He sold it to me just to get some cash into the bank for the business after buying a new Navara.

Pick her up tonight!!

Got a winch in the garage to fit of this weekend and also start working out the draws in the back!!!
