Hey guys I have a 2004 patrol ute with a genuine Nissan steel bull bar and was wondering if a set of 240 xgt hid's will fit on it.
With the dimensions on the lf website and my measuring skills (possibly quite bodgie) it looks like they'le be hanging over the front a fair bit just wondering if anyone has done it already and if u wouldn't mind sharing some pics.

Cheers, Jon

They will bolt straight up mate, at worst you might have to reverse the mount to clear the grill of the car.

No problem at all.

here is my GUIV with the factory bar

Hey mate I have an 04 patrol ute with the exact lights on it also on the factory bar. The bars are different between airbag and non airbag bars and the one on your ute will have more room than the one posted above. So as above they do fit and are an excellent light I have the 50w HID version and love them. This is probably the best pic I have of them.

Thanks Nissannewby
your bar looks the same as mine and although it's a tight squeeze It doesn't look like they hang too far over the front which is what I was worried about

They still sit inside the main uprights, and in that photo the car is at rest after an impact with a fence and the spotties didnt get touched.

Polycarbonate they say. Saw Jeff from lightforce Demo how tuff they are.
You go to lengths to make sure a product is tuff enough for the ute, eh lol

I have just installed a pair of light force genisis 210's on my 2012 ST. I had to drill two new mounting holes 12mm forward of the original holes that were in the nissan supplied bull bar. These lights fit a little more snugly under the top bar of the bull bar and are behind the leading edge of the bull bar. Well worth considering these.
