I think a couple of blokes have just done this recently and posted up something, have a search who it was and maybe message them.

Just take your time and make sure everything is cleaned very well.

Grab a VRS kit as it will have all the gasket required when removing the head. New head bolts as well. Make sure you drain the coolant from the radiator and the block and make sure you mark everything. I find the caps for spray cans make good bolt containers also ziplock bags so you can right on the what bolts are for what. When re assembly the head and block surfaces must be as clean and dry as possible and a small amount of lube on the bolts.

just did mine yesterday, pretty easy job mate. found it easier to leave carby and manifold attached and lift it all out as 1! (I suggest gettin another person to help with the lift. was effin hard to do with only myself!)

tip 1- get a good torque wrench
tip 2- get a six pack of coopers
tip 3- get some real fine emery paper and clean the surfaces really well when ou have the 2 apart
