A large number of people use them to level there sus droop but you sure can use them to gain heigh. Go for it mate there cheap and easy to install, I run them. Also don't pay over $150 for a set of four.

I can get a set of 30mm 4 $89 or 50mm for round $150 off ebay, dnt know if their any good tho. Thought it mite b a better option than lifting 2 much as i dnt have much clearance 2 get my car in2 the garage

IMHO youre introducing a weak link in your suspension setup
Ive seen them snap (on a Jeep that got a bit much air). Better off getting the lift you want through springs n shox

A troll wouldn't get air mate. So theres no problem there :) Although its always better to get new springs and shockers. Just to take out the sag from time, I can't see it being a major issue. I did read somewhere that the rear spacers, (which fit on top of the spring I think) should be zip tied in? So they don't move or fall out.
I'm considering buying some 20mm ones...I wanna get longer sway bar links first though.

Mate if you can afford it go a proper 2" lift over spacers every time, you wont regret it

Could be the go mate. I'd be looking at replacing the springs with ones that were rated for the load you're towing also

The drivers side spring is normally taller to allow for the driver.
Real important when you get springs that the supplier knows what sorta weight you will be loading up to get best match for you

Show me a better Nissan ute for him then and I'll shave my dot. In the 18 years in working in a place that used Yota gutluxes as work utes. They were very reliable. We sold our first 2.4l petrol hilux to a customer of ours when it got 300k on the clock. They used it for another 300k until they smashed it. Then they bought another one from us when we upgraded again. Holden and Ford can't make utes at all....

My hilux was 30 years old and was tough, engine kept humming but as a 2lt petrol was slow as a slug and I am 100kg so got cramped.

The other thing with them is the bloody CV's ....... got sick of em braking !!
