Front stabilizer arm bushes

Question to anyone in the know, can the front bushes in the front stabilizer arm on a 1988 nissan safari be replaced been told i have to buy a whole new stabiliser??

Bushes should be able to be replaced surely something will cross reference if they dont make them for nissan anymore.
