CB radio placement

I have seen a couple of wagons with there CB's mounted on top of the dash in the middle surely they wouldn't drill holes in there molding.....would they ?? I reckon nobody can be that mad to do such a thing so Question is :Would they be using a real superduper type double sided tape or something similar ? if so can someone tell me the brand or whatever it is they use.....may sound silly to some of you but if you don't ask you don't get..........cheers.:beer:

Hey mate. 3M do some pretty good double-sided adhesive stuff. But yes - screwing a bracket into your dash is also a choice.

cheers lorrieandjas....with the bouncing and banging offroad it would have to be pretty good tape alright--- I just couldn't bring myself to drill some hole in the dash though....maybe velcro ?? that stuff keeps things fairly steady........may look in that direction as well....
