thanks, well at the moment i´m in Mandurah south of Perth but gonna drive from here to Tasmania in a couple of weeks. I just try to get the rust off, fix some minor problems and thn give it a go.
coming from the mountains of austria I´m used to off road driving but in a totally different terrain. so snow and steep and narrow rocky roads are no problem but with deep sand and stuff like that i am not familiar.

yeah it is. just have to work on the rusty parts and some spray jobs. a little grease here and there, a new fuse for the power socket. and all the offroad stuff: jack, air compressor, .....
what are the essentials i have to buy and where can i get them cheap around mandurah? would be a great help. don´t need to be new stuff, should just be working.
