hi just wanted to ask if worn drag link knuckles and steering damper causes loose steering eg sway in front end while driving, bearings are all good just slop in the steering i adjusted the steeing box up a lil that helped i can purchase these parts on ebay for just under $300 and fit myself but dont want to buy them if they dont cause that issue plus i think my starter motor on the fritz intermittent cranking issues starts fine cold cranks over a few times when warm everynow and then another $200 ebay job just not cashed up at the moment as i am a personel atm machine to my kids :D cheers

A worn out drag link will cause a lot of play, go to superior engineering as I got a heavy duty adjustable one from them for $220. I went for a eBay damper though. Have you got caster correction if you have lifted your car?

There is so much that could cause that.

Really need a fair bit more info before stripping stuff off??

How much lift have you got? How old is the lift? Is there any caster correction? Is the steering "flighty or twitchy" or "vague"?

When was the last time you had a front end alignment?

Is your problem that the car drifts all over the road or pulls to one side?
