Nissan Patrol for centrall Asia

Hy every body. I bought a Nissan Patrol GR 2.STDI 5drs VAN to make a trip from the Netherlands to Central Asia about 25000 km. Maybe another year I go with the car via Asia to Australia.
I think this is the best car for me to make this journey, but I don’t have any experience or knowledge about this car so I like to have good advices, tips and so on. Also I like to read about the experiences of the other members.
