rd28t tune up

hey guys looking at doing a tune up on my rd28t looked at engine cover and seen the sticker about reading the manual and do not remove engine cove etc has anybody done a tune up are they hard?

Mate, if it starts and runs and pulls ok, it won't need a tune up.
They are not like a petrol engine where you can do plugs and points and adjust the carby.
You can block the EGR, then it will spool up a bit quicker, but unless you need to change injectors, there is not much else to do other than routine maintenance.

If you want to do tappets im pretty sure they are hydrolic for the rd but make sure you download a work shop manual and make sure
