Hi, I'm from Melbourne Victoria, I am interested in buying a serious off roader.. A Patrol of course!!!
Bullbar, driving lights etc. My ideal Patrol would bee a 6" lift plus 35" muddiez, snorkel, CB, locker.
Cheers, hope you all have a fantastic week.:-)

welcome Sam {if thats ok} your plans sound good but a 4" will go as far as a 6' Lifted 4x4 , then again a 2" double locked 4by with a good driver will eat the rest. Do your homework.
Remember the more you do the more can go wrong, First thing I would do is join a club to get basic driving and safe recovery techniques, gets rid of bad habits too, Grab a good recovery kit
find some great technical tracks and try using different speeds and lines. Always go down hill in ruts, You can do the same hill 50 times a year and each time will present a different challenge.
My number one tip buy the best gear you can afford, always no exceptions. Dont want your gear breaking down out woop woop. Wow these are great Meds hey

Welcome mate, surely the best forum on the net. If you need it, you can get it, if you want to know it, just ask it.

Never argue with an idiot, cos he'll bring you down to his level, then beat you with experience.
