I have noticed what look like sun blisters on the dash[2006 model only done 90 000 KM]. Has anyone heard of a recall for this problem?? I have got a dash mat to prevent any further damage

Mate they will change them up to 6 yrs old, if you have any dramas at all pm me your email and I will send you the info you need to get it replaced, I had mine done outside the 6 yrs (2004) model and have helped a couple of others. You may be pleasantly surprised by your dealer if you get yours serviced regularly there, good luck.

Just an up date on the sun blisters on the dash,I rang Nissan Australia and was told that I was 3 months out of the warranty date but should speak to my dealer,I did this when the truck went in for a service, the service advisor was doubtful about the dash being replaced. He also told me I was 3 months late but he would give it a go.3 weeks later I got the good news the dash was replaced free of charge even though it was 3 months over the warranty date. Thanks to Rick Amos at Giant Nissan and Nissan Australia. My faith in humanity has been restored.

My mate in his 2005 Patrol st 3lt had exactly same thing happen. 23416
He was six months past warranty and Werribee Nissan changed his also, although he did tell em in the second year that his got some bubbles starting to form on the dash. They said they'll keep an eye on it. But my mate bought a dash mate and sort of forgot about it. So when he went in, they ordered one in and changed it. Oh happy day.
