Gday people, I'm new here, but i've been 4wing for a few years with a ford courier, but am looking at something a little harder to break. Can anyone steer me in the right direction, I'm looking at a 3.0lt GU ute, I've heard there are problems with the early 3.0lt engines, any help appreciated.

Cheers Nino

Hi nino. Heaps of info and scare stories here. Keep in mind most only talk about the bad experiences. Heaps of good ones around. I'm sure people will point you in the right direction here.

G'day Nino

Welcome to the forum and glad you could join us. Can't comment on the 3l utes, but I'm happy with my 4.2.

Any ute is acceptable, as long as it's white. lol

Where you from?

Take care out there.

Welcome to the forum mate, feel free to ask any questions and join in the conversations.

You should get a better response if you ask questions in another section as a lot of people don't read the introductions section.
