I've tried a search for this but can't seem to find it. What i'm trying to find out is which way these rubbers go on my hub that im replacing atm, 1 fits smoothy into place but the other 2 i'm not certain of, Here are the pictures I have on them.

Also, I'm not sure if I need to do anything to load the bearings. I presume that they should be Ok with the original shims but just want to make sure.

Thanks for all the help you can offer guys!

They are the scraper seals and really will only go one way mate. They need to be fitted over the knuckle on the diff first and then you fit the hub back on, install the king pin bearing caps and put the back plates on over those seals. Make sure your put the split to the top when you fit it or it will leak ;)

I am on my iPhone now but the seal looks like its right in the pic mate but it really will only sit right one way.

Did mine today, so any questions just ask as its all fresh in my mind (unless the ciders wash it out over night!!)

PS didn't know about having the scraper seals joins at the top - I put them at the bottom - will undo and fix them tomorrow.

x2 scraper seals only go one way.
yep you really need to test pre-load the swivels as you now have new bearings and there is 99% chance needing different shims more less or other.

here's a link that may help ya out
