Been doing a bit of research into diesel modules and exhaust. Cant decide on roosystems chip and 3inch stainless exhaust or chipIt module and beaudessert 2.75inch exhaust.

All have their pros and cons. Similar prices.

Anyone keen to help me decide?

chipit and beaudesert. You can put an EGT control into the chipit modules which is very handy on a modified turbo diesel. And there are plenty of people who swear by the 2.75" beaudesert exhaust with torque and fuel economy better than the 3". I personally think a 3" is to big for a small motor. The torque is better earlier on in the rev range than with the 3" overall the torque gain is pretty much the same its just where the gain is produced between the 2 that people opt for the 2.75 system

Beaudesert 2.75 puts a smile on my face if that helps mate.
Can't help with a chip tho but you won't need it after an exhaust unless youre into drift racing

I went DPChip and 3" Taipan exhaust and Autron boost/EGT gauges.

There is a mob called rods exhaust or something like that . they say well priced and good reports
as for the chip, it's a bit like fishing lures. I have a DP chip and love it
keep hunting I say, you'll need gauges though with any zoorst upgrade, as Newby suggested

The ChipIT and Beaudessert were my first choice, but the price of the roo systems is whats got me tempted.

I'm not sure if I like the idea of modifying the safety valve on the fuel rail either for the chipIt. ChipIT also told me that 9 times out of 10 fuel economy either doesn't change or goes up, which I didn't like the sound of.

Gauges wont be an issue. It'll be VDO gauges on a pillar pod.
