Dumb Question maybe, but what does Sticky Thread mean?

A sticky thread is one that has been made to stay up at the top of the forum threads to make them easy to find and, so it doesn't get buried in amongst the other threads

Don't stroke it, TAP it!!!!.....

Not a dumb question at all, just means that the thread is always going to be at the top of the list so it doesn't get lost in all the other threads. Only the Admin or moderators can make a thread a sticky.
