Sterling performance

Has anyone had anything to do with sterling performance, as im looking into putting a chip and exhaust system from them on my 2012 patrol. Below thats what they claim just for the chip.

Well I was wondering why pay $1300 hundred or so for like 20 to 30 kw extra when youn can get this chip for roughly the same price but you get more kw

That's a claimed improvement of 25% for power and 20% for torque - far more than any other chip manufacturer claims. I am skeptical...usually you need both a chip and exhaust to even get close to a 20% improvement (which is definitely achievable).
