There is a rubber boot on the bottom of the bell housing, if you take that off and put your water hose in there and flush it out for a bit it could come good. Didn't work for me but has for a few others. Other than that it could be time for a new clutch.

double tap is no good as i loose pressure in clutch pedal.someone suggested the heat from exhaust is interfering with the fluid into the clutch slave so ill try some heat wrap around exhaust first i think before a clutch

The fluid is only there to push it out it returns under spring pressure. If its starting to slip it may be time for a new clutch. There is also an adjustment that can be made to the stroke. You can find this in most manuals, it involves adjusting the rod that goes from your pedal to the clutch master cylinder. I think its meant to be around 14mm or something but as I said most manuals will have this procedure and spec.

as for the lpg you could try redcliff dyno and performance or as others call them redcliff don't know! My brother takes his f100 there sometimes happy somtimes not give em a call and see what you reckon.

As far as I'm aware redcliffe dyno went bust a while ago. Unless they have reopened

I can only tell you of a good place in melbourne. It does sound like your clutch is stuffed, you could have a look at your lines to see if they are touching the exhuast to confirm what your mate was saying
