TD42 injector pump install

Hi guys, Got my IP back from being modded. Now how do you turn the IP to line up the timing marks. When I pulled it out the TDC mark was & still is about 5mm of the timming mark. But i know where the z's lined up so thats no drama. I cannot turn the IP tho while it's now installed. I need to turn the IP shaft around about 10mm to get the key lined up with the recesse in the cog for the key. Hope this all makes sense. cheers jono.

Well got it sorted today. Don't how most do it but I got the missus & the young fella to push the rig whilst in 5th gear while I held the cog so it was meshing with the idler & applying slight pressure so it slipped over the key on the IP shaft at the right point. Had to do this twice as the first time I was out a tooth. runs good, just need to tune it now.
