Hi guys,
Im hoping to do a oil change on my gearbox and transfer case this weekend on my 2.8L T, 98 GU Patrol.
Just wanted to ask a few questions before I go and spend up. (keeping in mind that the 2.8L gearbox apparently is slightly diffrent that the other engine configurations)
What grades are the best to use for gear box and transfer case?
How much oil is required for gear box and transfer case?
Also whats a good brand to use? (excluding redline $$$$$)
Is there any addatives which will help with wear which you can recomend?
I have tried searching this subject but found myself getting more and more confused.
